There are times in our lives when we are exhausted and it's obvious why - we are experiencing a major life change like a job loss or a divorce or the death of a loved one or serious illness.
But there are plenty of times in life when you're exhausted and it's not so obvious exactly why or when it started.
Or you aren't exhausted but you aren't feeling invigorated by life, things seem fine or pretty good but something is whispering to you, that it could be better - that you're here for more (fyi: it's your intuition :)
No matter what brought you to this blog post, go through the following assessment and gain some insight into what you can do to move forward from wherever you are at right now :)
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most amazing/positive and 1 being exhausted/negative, rate your answers for the following questions: (bonus action - journal about each question and reflect on your responses)

If you're life is FULL and you're teetering on the brink of overwhelm, exhaustion, and stress on any given week, you're likely not making enough space for yourself in your own life.
It is so easy to get caught up in what's right in front of our face. Our kids, our work, society, all the endless external responsibilities and demands. It never ends.
If you're used to living your life in only this reality, then it'd be impossible NOT to be stressed and exhausted over time - it's a totally normal reaction to the chaos of this world.
My mission is to help you re-connect with a deeper layer of reality. A layer where you'll find yourself again. Where you'll connect with your Intuition and Divine Wisdom. remember who you Truly are. Where you'll remember you're interconnected with every living thing on this planet. Where you can hear your heart louder than normal.
Below are 5 ways you can create sacred space in your life, which will...
It's any given weekday, in any given year, and I wake up and greet the day with a smile.
I take a shower, get dressed and then sit down to meditate in the quiet of the morning before I have to get the kids going. I pull some cards some days, when I feel called to. I breath deep, feeling myself sink into the present moment and the pleasure of simply being alive.
My mind (ego or inner critic) takes this moment of peace to remind me that I have a really FULL day and I don't really have time to meditate today - which is routinely loves to remind me... I just tell my inner voice 'thanks but I'm good'. By now I know that on my busiest days, it's even more important to take time to meditate in the morning.
It always sets the tone for my day.
The calm I experience during meditation magically overflows into my day, so I respond better to changes of plan, to surprises at work and the inevitable juggling that happens with...
If you've been curious about meditation - you've probably heard all about it - but never really knew how to start or weren't sure if you were doing it properly, then you've come to the right place :)
I've been meditating for decades - off and on - and very consistently the past 5 or so years. I finished my certification in Primordial Sound Meditation through the Chopra Center the first year covid hit (2020), after talking myself out of it several times but the idea popping back into my head over and over and over again - until I just gave up and signed up and went with it - figured I'd let my intuition (and the Universe) reveal to me why this was a useful thing to do, all in it's own time :)
So - you're here, you want to start meditating - that's awesome! It will change your life, just give it time - allow yourself to marinate in it and it'll be a source of magic in your life.
The most important thing to know:
Anyone can...
It was 5 or more years ago now and I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to handle a very difficult person at work. I was exhausted with the insanity this person was creating and felt like quitting. It had been months and months of stress. I had been too busy to meditate at all, between my kids and the work ridiculousness during the day - by the time I put them to bed, I'd fall asleep instantly when my head hit the sheets, only to wake up around 3am with my mind going around and around in circles trying to solve seemingly unsolvable problems.
One day when I was truly done with it all, I couldn't spend another minute trying to figure out how to resolve the issues with this difficult person, I was finally ready to give it up to God or the universe or whatever resonates for you. I sat down before I went to bed and began to meditate.
It was like sweet relief. My mind started to slow down and quiet down for the first time in A G E...

Brief Description:
Last week my twin girls had their 13th birthday - time flies doesn't it? And I couldn't help but remember how I felt when I found out I was expecting them.
When we were told we were expecting twins, my world massively and suddenly flipped completely upside down - very, very similar to the way life feels right now.
I was so concerned about the health of my babies - could I carry two healthy babies?? I mean, I had never even had one baby yet.
How would I continue to work while pregnant with twins, cause I'd probably have to take an early leave because of either my health of the twins' health.
Two kids at once?? What?? Seriously. What a feeling of overwhelm and fear and more scary thoughts.
